Pros

Lovely Coworkers and honestly they made work fun and exciting, Fantastic and Helpful Management team, Corporation (770) is really involved and wants the best outcome for all of us. It was my first retail job and i had learned a lot. Honestly i would come back.

Cons

Low pay, training does not prepare you that well but you'll gain the experience, on call shifts could be an annoyance some time. Closing the store was a hassle and the workload could be high considering the hourly wage. Customers could be demanding but that is expected.

Pros

Listens to employees. Makes an effort to train and develop. Really holds tight to it's core values.

Cons

Limited payroll. Constantly having to do more with less people.

Pros

I enjoyed my time working here. I learned a decent amount about sales and really got to improve my customer service skills. The shifts are short which is nice. The discount is amazing and it kills me to pay full price now that I don't work there anymore.

Cons

I had problems with inconsistency in management and their lack of organization. Mainly when it came to closing the store. We would be kept for over an hour straigtening and fixing minute details with one manager while another would do a scan and call it a day. I also felt the commission for the sales staff vs. sales support were unfair. I started as sales and then moved to sales support. When you are sales support you do not make commission, even if you sell something. You only get compensated for opening j. crew cards, which is much more difficult.
