      Pros

      J.Crew was a great place to work in the 90's when it was family owned. During the transition from private to public it was a difficult time. Once seniro management settled in, the company rebounded.

      Cons

      Retail is a tough industry to command a high salary and receive a full bonus payout.

      - the discount is amazing. - the quality and style of J Crew is tops. - co workers are great and make working at J Crew fun. - it is a relaxed working atmosphere

      Cons

      - the same management type is at every store. Management whom are overworked and to busy to give feedback and trainging to their employees because their main focus is to get ahead in the company or make their bonuses. - Management who are not trained properly themselves. They have no clue what HR is! No support from the Management for movement or wage increases.

      -My managers and co-workers were respectful and competent -Work-life balance respected -Very positive work environment -Really great employee discounts! -However, experience can greatly differ from store to store

      Cons

      -Barely any training (even when starting out) -No feedback -Little communication of goals and vision -Basically just a regular, boring retail job
