      Pros

      J.Crew was a great place to work during college. Flexible hours, fun co-workers, and great discounts. The pay was decent and the hours weren't too bad. I was still able to enjoy my summers (and got awesome clothes out of it).

      Cons

      Management was alright. There wasn't much room for promotion (unless you wanted to devote your life to the J. Crew).

      Pros

      Excellent employee discount, friendly atmosphere, very flexible work schedules. Great place to work if you just need some extra cash or are a student

      Cons

      Good luck getting a raise as a part-time employee, even if you've been there for two years. And good luck becoming full-time, because they can't pay you, but expect to be asked to work full-time hours as a part-time employee

      Higher end retail will bring a different demographic of customers so be ready for them..

      Pros

      Clean, good environment, fair treatment between girls and guys working there, friendly managers, great location. You deal mostly with people who are well off financially, or their children. Keep in mind the types of customers that shop here compared to other retail stores of different styles or lower prices think they are special or expect top customer service because they are higher end shoppers.

      Cons

      If you're a guy, get ready to try to sell in the womens department, knowing whether something shrinks or folding ladies jeans might make your voice tone raise a little higher and feel like you need a beer asap to go back to being a man. If you like to hear about what girls/some metro guys favorite colors are or omg something is just so so cute, this is the place for you.
