Cons

I've got nothing so far, nothing bad at all to report. I love my boss and location, and my discount and everything else I mentioned above

Pros

Clothes, best clothes in the market for quality, style, fit. It's a lifestyle brand where I can get work clothes, casual clothes, and mixing them all up for a new look. Also, you meet pretty awesome people. Discount is great.

Cons

They took everyones commission away, mine averaged an extra $3.00/hr, so I took a huge pay cut. No incentive to sell anymore. Upper management does not care about you - even if you've made top sales consecutively and made serious improvements on team/store level. I was a leader.
