Pros

Generous discount. Better than other retails that push opening credit cards and etc Quality & fashionable clothing

Cons

Upper management is not doing their job right. Too many layers to go through for promotion and always take so much time. They do not recognize or appreciate good employees. So much paperworks and training but not enough time given. Store directors omit a lot of training for associates.

Pros

Amazing employee discount, enjoyable store atmosphere, the best client base.

Cons

Too much micromanaging from the corporate level. Too many directives and not enough freedom for managers to do what they feel is right for their store. Little incentives: taking away commissioned sales.
