Pros

It really depends on your management, but personal growth can be really encouraged here. The clothing is beautiful and the brand takes enormous pride in their quality. It is easy to sell the client on this.

Cons

The hours are obviously not ideal. And as in retail anywhere, time off can be tricky. And as management can be an asset, it can also leave you very stressed if you don't have someone who believes in you.

You will learn a lot about management and multi-tasking!

Cons

Extremely negative work environment. Being catty is almost encouraged. Very low pay for the massive amount of work that is required.
