      Nice people and the managers are really nice as well as understanding Nice pay Paid weekly

      Pros

      Loved the people I worked with. We were a family willing to go above and beyond for each other. Although my team was amazing that does not mean that every location has the same interpersonal connections as we did.

      Cons

      The company has to have things done there way and there is no wiggle room to have your own ideas. Corporate level associates had no idea what was actually happening in the stores because they had essentially drank the JCrew juice and thought everything was phenomenal. They were never willing to listen or give feedback when asked. Higher ups pretended like the store managers we just nobodies they could walk all over.
