1) Sweet Work environment. 2) Management has an open door policy where everyone can speak to the management team, including the CEO. 3) Management knows the companies success is everyone's fault and not just a few peeps at the top.

Cons

so far only opportunities to grow seem to be in management. on the Tech support side it's T1 work and not many opportunity's to advance.
