Pros

NON! The whole culture is non productive, and only teaches you how a company shouldn't be run! There are no real positives, and you would be wasting your time thinking ability and talent counts for anything.

Cons

No leadership, no processes, no investment, no incentive, no consistency! C suits with no training, ability, or experience speaks volumes of the cronyism and corporate culture!

no direction from management. no Forward thinking toward the future . . Management philosophy is there are 2 rules 1. we are always right 2. when we are wrong blame someone else and see rule number 1
