Pros

There are some very nice and knowledgeable people who work there. Beautiful offices

Cons

Back stabbing, hostile work environment. nepotism is rampant and some of the senior management staff are unprofessionally abusive, which corporate and HR ignore.

Pros

Beautiful campus, Convenient Location, On site company chef.

Cons

Management is truly lacking in direction, The culture here is very Siloed and the IT department is extremely disorganized and incompetent. Managers are unprofessional and there is so much nepotism going on. Everyone is so tense, they smoke every five minutes, its horrible. I got the experience i needed and moved on to a much better company where my work is valued and everyone works towards a common goal.

Pros

Gorgeous modern campus, good work/life balance. Team-mates are knowledgeable and helpful

Cons

IT management is made up of ex-operations people that do not have the skills to run an IT department. Imagine a large hospital with only one doctor, things just don't get done. The technical team have too many projects running concurrently, management do not understand (or seem to care about) giving employees the tools and direction to get things done. Layer into this scenario a lack of prioritization, requirements, project leadership and an SDLC and it's chaos. Further, when qualifies and experience team-members offer suggestions for improvement they are either ignored or misunderstood. You have been warned
