Bad upper management, lack of training, no raises, the holidays are busy and they work you to the bone with no recognition, on you about standing with the customer while you sell, no upward mobility after a year and a half, faulty equipment, terrible ventilation in studio so it’s either cold af or hot af, some customers are nice but most are rude and entitled. Expect a luxe photography experience just to pull out a damn group.
