Pros

There is absolutely nothing positive to say. Management has no clue how to treat employees or run a store.

Cons

Completely erratic scheduling and the constant push to open credit accounts and have customers order online. Never enough staffing. The managers are the most unprofessional people I have ever encountered. There is blatant age discrimination. Like all companies today they think executives are worth millions and the average worker is worthless. What a joke.

Pros

Being a part of a large company is great. You have the culture and the leadership team to look up to for guidance.

Cons

Unrealistic expectations have been set. Nothing is ever good enough and you don't get positive feedback.

Pros

I really enjoyed my work experience and co-workers. My supervisors expectations were clearly out lined and were very consistent through out the company.

Cons

Training was weak, but the learning curve was pretty generous. Most of the training was "on the job". The Holiday schedule was ridiculous, but then again it is retail.
