Pros

Excellent location, vacation time, covered parking, onsite child care, etc. Those are the only reasons I have stayed so long. Facilities and organization are great. This particular department seems to be an anomaly.

Cons

Omnichannel department is chaotic, has been for years. Management is divisive and micro-attentive to every move every employee makes. Heard they're even watching badge-in/out on salaried FTEs. I have only once had a manager that made me feel appreciated and like they respected me as an adult, much less a professional. Have worked under 4 different managers in <2 years.

Great vacation packages, great facility, onsite doctor and pharmacy, onsite post office, onside gym, walking trails

Recurring layoffs, low morale, too much work and too few people to do it
