Pros

Good starter job for management. Discount is nice.

Cons

They will expect way too much out of you. It’s a failing company and they tend to place that blame onto the workers. Makes it a very stressful and negative work environment. Causes a lot of turnover. Hours fluctuate wildly making it hard to keep employees working full time.there is no work life balance. The senior management is really out of touch but are more interested in placing blame than listening.
