Lots of grunt work

Pros

There wasn’t really anything good about working here besides the benefits you get after working there for a while and doing all the grunt work

Cons

They keep you on your feet without a break. Pay is really low for the amount of work being done.

Pros

Nice coworkers, parties every now and then, brings us food and candy for every single occasion, some room for advancement

Cons

Can get really fast paced, if you don’t get 50 credit cards a month, you’re irrelevant to the store. no one almost never gets a raise unless you’ve either been there for 2 years or favor you. very hard for advancement if you’re a sales associate. favoritism. general manager thinks very little of you if you don’t bring in credit.
