Unstable. If you are well paid you are at risk of losing your job. Many positions have been “eliminated” only to hire someone else for less money. Very few leaders and a lot of managers who only care about themselves and how they look to upper management. Overworked and hostile environment. No opportunities for advancement or professional growth. Benefits are not good.

-If you ask for Sundays off, you will work every Sunday -Pay is just barely above minimum wage -Customers are atrocious and get away with murder -The holiday playlist will resurface in your nightmares -Some managers are just as bad as the customers, and employees are powerless to report them -Employee performance is judged mainly by how many ICAPs they get (aka how many customers they get to sign up for the store credit card)
