Pros

Easy job, not challenging in comparison to my experience

Cons

Unprofessional, I've worked every holiday this year, even Mother's Day and Father's Day, company does not push HR initiatives although the resources are there. Not as much responsibility as I had with my last employer. Poor accountability for general managers who rarely work weekends while the rest of us are driving for results.

Pros

It's a good company to learn the business of retail advertising.

Cons

Since about 2008 the management style is "manage by fear" . They use negative reinforcement to get you to do your job. If you are a strong person and can take it without lashing out or pointing out others faults you will be ok.
