Pros

A variety of job opportunities due to the sheer size of this company. The corporate office has a lot of nice conveniences, such as a massive cafeteria, doctors office on-site, Starbucks Cafe on-site, daycare on-site. You can wear jeans on Friday's and their PTO program is pretty good.

Cons

Nepotism and cronyism run rampant at the corporate office. Work-life balance is non-existent...especially if you work in their buying office. The company embarked on a very poorly planned re-organization starting in 2007, which has left their Internet business in shambles.
