Pros

The discount is good, the hours during the Christmas season (October til a week after New Years) are awesome, you get recognition from the store manager at the daily morning meetings as well as updates. I received a raise after a month of working their.

Cons

After Christmas, don't bet on making rent or paying for gas for that matter, literally hours went down to 5 hours per week until April (when Easter season begins). Hours during January and April fluctuate a lot between 5 and 12, so be mindful. Keep busy all the time because a management will watch employees on the security cams.

Pros

Employee discount, nice colleagues, better items to purchase on employee discount, can learn good skills if managment wants to develop you

Cons

If managment likes you, you can do well and advance far. If they don't like you, you won't get anywhere there.
