Pros
The pay per skill is good until you top out. Most of my coworkers were good people. Flexable with time off.
Cons
They will not pay you for your testing scores on the pay per skill chart until you get your first review. This comes only one time a year so based on your hiring date you may wait a year for your actual pay level to take effect. The people who work there in production are all temps. The maintenance are lifers who have been there for an average of 30 years and have no experience in real maintenance. If you work hard you will be given every project and job in the building. Every step you take is recorded by the loss precention department. The only time your not on camera is in the restroom. Not that big of a deal but does get a little wierd. management are so scared of their jobs they will not take a stand on anything.
