Pros

I was lucky enough to be granfathered in to the pension plan which was nice. They offer decent benefits and the Flex time is a real bonus.

Cons

The review and bonus process was incredibly complicated. You have to fill out yearly goals, individual development plans, 360 reviews etc... and then you still have no clue as to how they arrived at your raises, bonuses etc...

Pros

Company you can relate too. Nice corporate office in the suburbs. People do tend to stay there. Business casual with jean on Friday. Cafeteria, fitness center, and daycare on site.

Cons

Very merchant oriented - based on seniority and gut feel. Must wait for a position to be available to get promoted. Don't get a promotion just by taking on new responsibilities and tasks. Some people have been there too long and really aren't that smart.
