Pros

Management and co-workers are excellent and pay is reasonable. Great opportunity to develop customer service experience. Enjoyable place to work.

Cons

Work could be stressful, especially during the busy shopping season. Working up the ladder is difficult. Long hours for new workers.

Pros

No quotas or productivity. Pretty lax policies on apprehensions. Started to go downhill in the last few years with the new director of Loss Prevention.

Cons

Horrible. No support from management. They will throw you under the bus and stab you in the back at the slightest chance. Absolutely NO recognition or respect. Company could not care less if they had LP at all. Look at the LP department as a drain.
