Pros

You get 20% off employee discount, which is great. Hours depend on sales, which could go either way. Customers are mostly ok to deal with.

Cons

The salary isn't that great. They rarely hire full time employees. The lunch should be more than 30 minutes long.

Pros

They give all associates a 20% discount on in store merchandise, catalog and on-line purchases. Benefits package is OK, competitive.

Cons

They have become very corporate and impersonal. They have been getting rid of long-time, pensioned management and hiring more and more external candidates.
