Pros

jCpenney management was easy to work with. Flexible scheduling allowed me more time with my family

Cons

Some of the customers were not the friendliest to work with. Even though I tried to exhibit the best customer skills possible, sometimes nthing could satisfy them.

the best reasons for working at jcpenney if you shop there is the discount, they are generous with letting us combine instore coupons, etc. the only other good thing is flexibility.

Cons

horrible pay and management make working there suck
