Pros

Flexible work schedule. They offer a 401(k) profit sharing program after a minimum waiting time period. Fair pay compared to other competitive stores. The company culture was friendly and respectful.

Cons

As far as I know, they no longer offer sales commissions in the Young Men's Departments. Career paths weren't well defined to Sales Associates. There were some internal promotions but not as many as you might expect. Most promotions appeared to be store transfers or external candidates.
