Pros

The company has an impressive benefits package for part-time employers. Depending on where a person works, paid time off if requested within a reasonable time is granted and is flexible.

Cons

The downside of working for JCP is low wages and low raises, if the company fiscal year is not met in profits, the employees will go on a wage freeze.

Pros

It's an easy job, anyone can do it. Schedules are flexible, you put in when you can work and when you cannot. You get money for getting credit apps. You get awards and pins for reaching goals or getting customer appraisal.

Cons

No opportunities for advancement. Communication between magagement and employees is lacking. Better suited for a short-term or secondary job. Don't get that many hours unless in the holiday season.
