Pros

Nothing, I wouldn't want to go back or even recommend someone to work here.

Cons

Management was a total mess. There is very little structure and the policies that you are obligated to bascially lie to customers in regards to was just unacceptable to me.There's also no work life balance, every week your schedule is different. Their equipment is outdated so you could be in the middle of a call and your whole system will crash.

Fun work environement, and somewhat flexible hours. Its nice to express interest in learning other departments so you can work different deperartments.

Cons

Managers complain about workers not getting customers to sign up for credit cards....YOU CAN'T FORCE PEOPLE IF THEY DON'T WANT TO SIGN UP!!!
