There is ample opportunity to learn different areas of the business and employees are encouraged to work in other departments if they desire. Management in my department is very open to communicating and very accessible.

Cons

The different areas of the business can be quite silo’d at times which stems from lack of communication and leads to competing goals/objectives for different areas of the business.
