- Great work place. Good Infrastructure. - Decent Benefits

Cons

- Absolutely No work-life balance - Has serious work culture problems between its captive - Scope of learning is very limited - Serious problems with the processes/practices being followed. - As a company, it is not doing very great in stocks(In danger of being sold anytime). - Like few other companies, "no company match 401k until 1 year of service"

Honestly, this company is amazing to work for if you are not involved in their technology. Great pay, great benefits, great environment.

Cons

No understanding of impact, business driven decisions are not led by an understanding of technology. Would rather hire novice off-shore developers to build something terrible than invest in strong architecture developed in-house. Lots of sitting around.
