Pros

Really nice corporate building with lots of amenities and activities and events. Lots of free training classes and forums. Nice people and atmosphere. Very hard working people

Cons

Hard to grow and move to different departments. Managers hold you back, lots of politics, and these people work 24/7. It is go go go all the time. Not much down time at all. Depending on the manager but not too good work life balance. Some managers/departments allow working from home and a more flexible schedule some do not.

Pros

Discount was good and you can combine coupons with your discount. The management attempts to motivate their employees. Willing to work with your schedule (sometimes).

Cons

Supervisors play favorites. No room for advancement unless you're a favorite. Hard and smart workers are overlooked! Work on almost all holidays - as this is retail. Low pay, no raises, no benefits.
