Pros

- A great discount for employees, on top of in-store coupons! - Talk to lots of interesting people, and co-workers are very nice. - Base pay is above minimum wage, and they offer 401k and health benefits. - Promotion opportunities can be plentiful - if you work hard.

Cons

- You'll walk A LOT in your job, and I recommend you walk fast. - If you're a cashier, it can be quite stressful at times.

Pros

People are great, very friendly. Building has a lot of amenities and cafeteria isn't bad. Covered parking is nice.

Cons

Culture is very old school. Can have long hours with little direction. There will be days/weeks where I have no clue what I am supposed to be doing. A lot of uncertainty financially with the company.
