little to no hours, bad management, uninspiring leaders, everyone is basically part-time unless you're a manager, no benefits whatsoever, low pay, high expectations

Worked in merchandising; specifically pricing and signing. Poor management all around. Was trained by an associate who was leaving. One week training. Was expected to know everything about the job. Went through 2 managers who left-never received proper training. Received wrong signs and materials from corporate; had hours cut for "not doing the job", then was told, basically that I was "too fat", not in those words, but was told I couldn't get around fast enough. The pressure and negative talk continued until I quit.
