Pros

Your average work schedule Mon-Fri 7am-5pm, occasional Saturday and Sunday (Unless you are unable to work those hours)

Cons

You are NOT a Visual Merchandiser. You are also a Sales associate, and Merchandiser. This job title means you ONLY work on mannequins, assembling or dismantling visual displays in windows or in-store, carrying out 'comp (comparison) shops' to maintain awareness of other retailers' visual merchandising concepts. Not pricing, or standing behind a cash register, which they will make you do. Occasionally higher management will pull (Non-Visual Staff) to do your job. which means you will be in charge of cleaning up their mess.
