JCPENNEY DESIGN TRAINEE

Pros

Benefits & potential of designs being approved and sold.

Cons

Led to believe if you complete the project on time and make it to the end that there is a spot for you to work beyond the trainee program. THIS IS NOT THE CASE! Be prepared to be encouraged to settle into Plano (apt, car) BEFORE completion of program! Even if you get along with your team, work very hard on your project (showing improvement till the very end), and balancing project with additional work assignments well; you still can be let go at the end of the trainee program.

Pros

Great employee discounts, all friendly people to work with.

Cons

Scheduling enterprise software is not up to date. It is very slow when trying to schedule multiple appointments in a short amount of time.

Pros

Nice Building. Compensation was above average.

Cons

Constant change, no plan. Mid-Level managers are mostly clueless.
