      Pros

      Well, There isn't a turn over rate on behalf of employees. most employees have been there a year or more...most at least 5 years... Plus, in My store it feels like our team is more like a family. We all work very well together. Than managerial staff is extremely positive, they're easy to talk and and feel more like a manager should...not a boss. I am very proud to call them my coworkers...

      Cons

      *Making us work on Thanksgiving....making it mandatory... Black friday is enough... *Coupons..Our customers think associates make up the rules but yet they do not read exclusions before shopping. *no maternity wear inside our store...

      Pros

      Management is very flexible with school schedules You can combine your 25 percent off employee discount with coupons If you work well, you will get more hours The people working there with you are a plus

      Cons

      The pay is low and I asked other employees that have been there for a while if they get raises and apparently you don't, no matter how well you do your job You are constantly pushed to get ICAPS (Instant Credit applications) if you get one its 2 dollars more on your paycheck It's difficult to get people to sign up for debt most don't want to but if you don't get any they will pull you aside and talk to you about what you could do to get some Management and human resources have their favorites Holiday hours you will leave at midnight or 1AM they also open thanksgiving day at 5 pm

      Fun But Challenging

      Pros

      I love working on the black tile with my Sephora teammates. The work was challenging but fun. The beauty leader training provided by the home office team was top notch.

      Cons

      It was challenging to wear so many different hats and keep many different people happy. Payroll was challenging, especially when business was good because you did not earn more hours with more sales like a traditional retail store
