Pros

Drive clients to focus and improve customer satisfaction. Quality insights and guidance on how to improve and what the best our doing to improve customer experience. Research is top notch.

Cons

Senior leadership care only about themselves and could care less about employees. Very unapproachable and afraid of honest feedback. There are good leaders in the company but not at the executive level. Layoffs may be coming before/after the pending sale of the company is completed.

Pros

People are friendly and knowledgable. Training is very well thought out and executed. Company benefits and perks are good.

Cons

Employee morale and job satisfaction is lower in the past few months due to the impending sale of the company. Communication from top management concerning the sale and how it will affect the employees is lacking.

Pros

Awesome people. As an intern, I was granted tons of autonomy in getting work done. My managers coworkers trusted me with important projects.

Cons

Work can get monotonous. Lots of Microsoft Excel. Definitely takes a certain type of person.
