We are lucky to have an amazing team and proud that we have been able to create a culture that focuses on work-life balance. We believe that time off to rest and rejuvenate is equally important which is why we were excited to implement company paid 4-day weekends at the beginning and end of summer, paid winter break between Christmas and New Years and a non-accrual enhanced time off program on top of ESA required vacation.       Pros

      Lots of learning opportunities at workplace. You get option of remote work which is amazing if you have kids. Amazing support from team and seniors at every level. No work pressure at all and you will have chance to grow in your career.
