Pros

The employees are friendly and become like family. Nice name to have on your resume.

Cons

Senior Management is not diverse. Since being owned by investment firms, no promotions, raises or bonuses for anyone except Sr. Management and Exec. Committee. The spew Diversity training and talk, but never follow through or follow their own recommendations to become more diverse.

Pros

The company is well known.

Cons

Need to be VP or his best buddy to enjoy the handsome rewards from the team’s hard work.

Pros

The potential to grow is great.

Cons

The company operates like it did years ago where a few executives meet at the water cooler and make decisions. The business is much more complicated now and leadership has been slow to change, causing a disconnect between potential and reality from when the company first started.
