The brand is well known and opens doors. Many of the people are great.

Cons

Not the place for a professional market researcher. Senior management is plain incompetent. Read the reviews below and you will be struck how often Senior Management is mentioned. Editor: Note that Finbar O'Neill is now President. Frank Forkin is not now, and never was, President or CEO.

The company has an intimate working environment; not very formal or corporate. Open minded colleagues and reasonably qualified managers. Very focused proposition and well known for what they do.

Cons

Can be unstructured and top management does not communicate to staff often. Ratings are given but solution proposition is not as strong.
