I recently joined J.D. Power and the transition into this new role has been great. I was provided with all the necessary resources and support to hit the ground running. From day one I was given meaningful tasks and given the autonomy to make decisions that contribute to the team's success. J.D. Power's commitment to work-life balance is also something I greatly appreciate. The team made it clear when we would be the busiest, so I plan any time off accordingly. No meeting Fridays is also great to catch up on uninterrupted work.

Cons

Depending on the team, there can be instances where the workload feels overwhelming. As time goes on in this new role, effectively managing my time and prioritizing tasks gets a bit easier

JD Power has been a great company to work for. Great boss who is a team-player and has no problem diving in and doing the work, great co-workers, great benefits and very flexible. I love my job!

Cons

Communication could be better between departments, however that is always a work in progress no matter what company you work for.
