      Pros

      Good benefits. Five words required but that’s it.

      Cons

      3 restructurings in a year, transformation is a joke, lip service to culture but it’s terrible. Brought up issues with 4th manager in a year and was put on a PIP the next week. Finance leaders better at playing corporate politics than turning an accurate forecast in. Never been so relieved to leave an org.

      None after CEO trashed company

      CEO got stock down to $5 ps in the last year hired 64 VPs and closing plants to pay for them hired a 3rd party to tell him what to do because he doesn't have a clue how to run a business Spent millions on useless software
