Very poor training process for learning remotely It was very hard to get the information needed to assist customers Some people within the company never returned emails Each location operates completely differently, no consistency Process for escalation kept changing Training provided to de-escalate customers instead of fixing the information problem Outdated documentation for product, disorganized information dumps hard to navigate to find the product information you needed If a customer called to the wrong department you didn't have the contact information to transfer them, you'd have to put them back to the automated system and hope they got is right the 2nd time Inconsistent information provided depending on who you asked Product was constantly being damaged in shipment or made poorly or being lost after customer had waited the very long lead time only to start over Co-workers working through breaks and lunch, working 12 hour days and weekends to keep up with work load No work life balance
