Solid company but changing fast

Cons

Use to be a solid company when it was family owned. Now controlled by an investment group and they have gutted the place. Just like a regular large corporate that cares about the $ over any and all workers that make the company a run of the mill business

The pay is decent. The people are nice. The job isn't too difficult to start off.

Cons

When people leave they don't hire a replacement. There is no communication between departments.

No idea of the pro’s, they wasted almost two months of my time before I could find out

Cons

I spent 7 weeks interviewing with this company and jumping through hoops of fire. It was a ridiculous rollercoaster, and finally an offer came through. I resigned my current job and the next business day they rescinded the offer with a cold, heartless email - nobody even had the gall to pick up the phone and speak to me directly after I spent weeks taking half days from work, etc. to jump through their ridiculous interview hoops. Stay very far away from this place. I read all of the Glassdoor reviews and ignored them. Don’t make the same mistake.
