Run away and don’t even look back or have a second thought! An absolutely horrible place to work at. I wish I saw all the signs of how toxic it is at an earlier point in time. Never thought of mental health being a thing in the workplace until I experienced it here. Don't be taken away by this unlimited PTO balance thing, manager would be texting asking if I can work for a half day when I already planned to take that day off. Painful business partners to work with especially if they are based out of Sacramento or Southern California with very poor time management skills, moreover, little to no respect for your own personal time after working hours. It was so painful to complete tasks on time and meet the corporate deadline as decision-makers wouldn't be available to meet until later in the day at 5:00 pm most of the time, and it get even worst to have them commit since they care about their bonus only which tie to that business commitment. Left the company and HR didn't even contact or did any formal communication regarding handover or any exiting procedures. I couldn't be happier to leave this job after all the sleepless nights working. Look at their turnover rate, and check their employee reviews in all locations, very negative feedback and many unhappy employees across all locations.

*POOR management from top to bottom. *Upper management makes poor decisions that place the company in legally compromising situations. *Plant managers are generally narcissistic personality types, placed by upper mgmt. * This management style creates a poor work environment that leads to high turnover rates! Some of the highest I’ve ever seen.(30+ % annually) *Deceitful managing techniques are practiced and encouraged at the plant level. *New plants start up with a strong diversified work force, but through unethical management practices only low level performer’s hang around after several years of operation. *No bonus or extra compensation for first level salary managers, but 50 - 70 hr work weeks are expected.
