      Not a place for people of color. Lack of diversity.

      Pros

      Corporate location. Center city location, ideal for commuters. Once they relocate to South Charlotte it is not an ideal commute.

      Cons

      The office located from a conservative town in Oregon to Charlotte NC. The views of the company are not in tune to the area. The headquarters lack diversity. A co worker indicated "I like black people, I like their laugh". That is a statement of a bigot. The scariest part of that statement is not that it was said but it was meant to be a complaint. Most of leadership believes that people of color are hired to meet a quota- per a recruiter. Be mindful that there are less than 10 people of color at the corporate level.

      Nothing good about this place!

      Cons

      This job was terrible. I would not recommend anyone to work there. You can't plan anything when you get told half an hour before your shift ends that you have to stay 4 more hours. They are not safety oriented at all.

      Pros

      Company is willing to relocate, good benefits, and has solid training programs on company products. Friendly environment at production facilities only.

      Cons

      "Little room for advancement, pay scale for women at corporate level is noticably lower than for men. Mediocre salaries compared to industry, only women in upper executive level positions have many years with company. Encourage employees to further education with promise of further advancement, nothing ever materializes. Management reductions come too often across company.
