Nice people, good medical, new facility

JW seems like a good company. All the people I met were nice. The company is going through a so-called transformation trying to fix their underlying issues with leadership and product. So they decided gut HR. I get it HR is a non rev group, but it’s also the group leading the transformation. The only logical view is transformation of the culture to being more people driven is lip service not truthfulness and the organization is circling the drain as it chases enough profit to stay alive.
