Horrible Management and High Turnover, Unreliable Job Security
Pros
Health Benefits, pay would be a pro is they didn’t overwork their employees.
Cons
The workforce is truly worn down from working 12 hour days, 6/7 days a week, with no overtime pay or bonus structure, leaving many tired and overworked, The truth is the company doesn't care about its employees or workers, and upper management is always looking over your shoulder as you are constantly micro-managed. Management preaches safety and that it's their number 1 goal, but behind their words, they will throw safety aside any time to keep their products moving out their doors and their butts covered. They violate labor laws, make employees work after and before their shift without pay, will lie and mislead a person applying for a job regarding the amount of hours and days the employee would work just to get them in the door, overworking employees treating them kinda like slaves and machines. Turnover is so high, they will dismiss anyone who tries to blow the whistle on them. If you get hurt on the job and go to the doctor you are fired!! If you get hurt while working good luck getting proper care to treat your injury, no matter the severity of the injury, they only care about quantity of work, not the employees health. They put production before their employees health, they really dont care about their people at all, safety manager is a not accommodating and poses serious hazards to peoples lives. Management is treated like free labor due to being salary. They don't treat their employees ethical and the higher up will cover up each others mistakes by firing employees, job security is definitely questionable on a daily basis! The EEOC needs to be contacted on this company, and corporate needs to open their eyes and come in and clean house.
