Pros

The culture at JFC is positive, open, and invigorating! Everyone has an open door and teamwork is at the heart of everything that we do. We are all continuously learning and we are given the support to do so that we can grow personally and professionally.

Cons

There aren't enough hours in a day to impact as many lives as we would like.

Pros

Jim, their CEO is really great and enthusiastic! They allow you to wear jeans on Fridays, have fun in the workplace once a month.

Cons

If you're looking to be micromanaged, apply here. Just starting a new job was intimidating enough and to have management breathing down your neck at all times didn't help. Also, 'senior' recruiters are not very nice to their junior recruiters. Conversations are had about other employees right in front of them.

Pros

There training program is intense and very detailed. They focus on every aspect of staffing and how to deal with people. They role play so that you know how to handle situations that come up. This company is also very "family" oriented. They give you off for your birthday and for all major holidays. My coworkers were top notch and I loved them. The vibe was often positive and encouraging and I often bragged about how I loved working there. I tried to go above and beyond because I loved the environment so much. Staying late, going to clients on Saturdays, evenings and very early mornings.

Cons

The management I dealt with was very inconsistent. One day,the manager would be upbeat and perky, the next, negative and spent. You never knew what you were walking in to. Coworkers were pitted against each other pretty often and the CH office was seen as the favorite. One day, you were an amazing employee, the next, you had a lot to work on if you wanted to keep your job. The recruits they attracted were good at first, then waned off to the bottom of the barrel after a while. They were also very slow with placing candidates. We often lost great candidates to other staffing agencies. Note, If you cease to work here, they will not help you find employment. You're on your own there.
