Had great co-workers which worked well as a team. When you have those dynamics it makes it so much safer for the patients and for yourself.

Getting upper management to listen to particular needs of our unit when participating on comities.

You’ll learn a lot and see a great variety of different patients. Great for learning about neuro specific conditions

Cons

Unsafe staffing, especially in the ER. Ratios of 1:7. Management never listens to your concerns. Turnover rate is 6 months to a year. Save yourself and look elsewhere. This place is such a red flag.
