JPS has Senior Leadership that genuinely cares about the patients! It shows in their actions! Great people to work with. Good Salaries Friendly People

There are really no cons I can think of. I loved working there! Would recommend to anyone.

Pros

They would not allow you to advance 7 years working for a company and they just wanted you to push buttons Very unprofessional leaders talk like babies no names always honey everyone's name.

Cons

Good benefits and always 40 hrs. plus all paid holiday . Nice people,good patients good environment wonderful job. Like the location in fort worth Texas.

Wish there was better staffing.

Pros

Culture is pretty good, teamwork is great on my unit. There are high acuity patients but fellow co-workers are great teammates and make things go smoothly.

Cons

There is hardly ever good enough PCT staffing available on my unit. The patient to PCT ratio makes it difficult to hold onto PCTs and therefore nurses are less likely to stay. This is discouraging.
